Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the architecture and security of our evolving digital ecosystem to ensure scalability.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring engineering teams to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for transformative projects.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to inform strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain technologies.
- Strong background in strategic planning, with demonstrated success in forecasting long-term tech needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
