Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient systems specifically engineered to support the demands and technological shifts expected by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a long-term technical vision, identifying key innovations and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- AI & Automation Integration: Lead the implementation of next-generation AI models and automation workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional product teams.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to predict and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological evolution.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a strong understanding of AI/ML integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of pivoting and adapting strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
