Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Human-Machine Interfaces.
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation predictive algorithms and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure futuristic concepts are user-centric and accessible.
- Research and pilot emerging technologies, including quantum computing applications and advanced robotics.
- Mentor a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, production-grade software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear technical paths.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
