Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that define our future product suite, focusing on AI autonomy and predictive analytics.
- Design Scalable Systems: Build robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling millions of concurrent intelligent agents and real-time data streams.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core business workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment and data privacy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executive leadership, and potential partners.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their potential application within our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with extensive experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, and LLM fine-tuning methodologies.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying scalable applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to successful launch.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for identifying complex technical challenges and devising innovative solutions.
