Responsibilities

- Architect scalable solutions for global challenges: climate modeling, personalized healthcare, and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business vision
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of future-forward platforms
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive technologies (patents or MVPs required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or bio-digital interfaces
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable tech solutions solving complex problems
