Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotechnology
- Strategic planning experience with multi-year technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Strong background in patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
