Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning technological advancements with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Robotics, and Edge Computing.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats before they materialize.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, system architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching cutting-edge products or initiatives targeting a 2026+ timeframe.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ethical AI implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
