Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers in developing proprietary neural network models and deep learning algorithms.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and advanced robotics.
- System Scalability: Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability for global deployments of future tech products.
- Technical Roadmap: Translate futuristic product concepts into viable, technical roadmaps and engineering specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in designing complex software systems or leading AI research teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, or Quantum computing concepts is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
