Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key innovations and trends expected to disrupt the industry by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead experimental projects in AI, AR/VR, and autonomous systems to validate future technologies.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure that anticipates the demands of the next generation of digital products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring high-potential engineers and recruiting top-tier talent for the future.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitive landscapes to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or R&D role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully executing on them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level problems with creative technical solutions.
