Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming technological shifts, including AI evolution and quantum computing readiness.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures that can accommodate rapid technological advancement.
- Prototype Emerging Tech: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced neural networks) to determine feasibility for production.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and market trends.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation strategies for future infrastructure needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in long-term technology forecasting and strategic planning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
