We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. Nexus Horizon is looking for a visionary Future Systems Architect to lead our next-generation technology initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between current capabilities and future scalability, designing systems that are resilient, intelligent, and future-proof.
As we approach the next major technological leap, we need a leader who understands the convergence of AI, Cloud, and Edge Computing. You will be responsible for defining the architectural standards that will guide our product roadmap for the next three years.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on 2026 readiness.
- System Design: Lead the design of scalable, distributed microservices architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize and govern our multi-cloud environment (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and LLM integration strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
