Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of our next-generation distributed computing platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, translating business goals into concrete technical milestones.
- High-Performance Systems: Optimize system architectures to handle real-time, high-velocity data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to ensure architectural solutions align with product roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks in system scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges in distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
