Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data workloads.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards for security, scalability, and AI ethics across all engineering verticals.
- Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and product leads to align technical vision with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade technical solutions from concept to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
