Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown including stage assembly, décor installation, and equipment calibration
- Provide exceptional guest services: registration, wayfinding, information assistance, and VIP coordination
- Monitor crowd dynamics and proactively address safety concerns or operational issues
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and venue management for seamless event flow
- Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure venue cleanliness throughout shifts
- Adapt quickly to changing conditions and maintain professional composure under pressure
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences professionally
- Physical stamina for extended standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and outdoor work
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred for venue transportation needs
