Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Upsell products to maximize revenue and guest enjoyment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bartending is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation is a plus.
