Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Assist with order processing and account management tasks.
Qualifications
