Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and safety protocols
- Manage inventory ordering and stock rotation
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer relationship abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Passion for sustainable sourcing and ethical coffee practices
