Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, workstations, and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure operational excellence
- Train new team members on coffee preparation and service standards

- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
