Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and seating areas
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal menu innovations
- Train new hires on brewing standards and safety protocols
- Source and stock high-quality coffee beans and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Proficiency in espresso extraction and latte art techniques
- Food Handler's Certification (NV State)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of coffee origin, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
