Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and cold brew
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Stock inventory and ensure fresh ingredients daily
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques
- Develop seasonal menu items
- Uphold food safety standards
- Provide personalized customer recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee shop experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Food Handler certification a plus
- Positive team-oriented attitude
