Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso-based beverages and pour-overs following quality standards
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a pristine workspace
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and uphold cash procedures
- Train new hires on brewing techniques and customer service protocols
- Develop seasonal drink specials and participate in menu innovation
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional coffee preparation experience required
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
