Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management and uphold strict quality control standards
- Engage with customers to build loyalty and promote our seasonal offerings
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing methods and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Food Safety Handler certification preferred
