Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, surfaces, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Source and recommend premium coffee beans to discerning customers
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
