Responsibilities
- Craft premium espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with personalized recommendations and memorable service interactions
- Maintain pristine café standards: cleanliness, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Support daily operations including POS transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional campaigns
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with advanced espresso mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build genuine connections
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
