Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and proper milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
