Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and adhere to strict hygiene/safety standards
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products
- Uphold brand standards through consistent product presentation and store aesthetics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Food Handler certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
