- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using espresso machines, pour-over methods, and batch brewing
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Support inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to food safety protocols and allergen awareness standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean origins
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
