Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure quality control of all products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Certification in coffee brewing or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
