Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, building relationships through personalized service
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Source and showcase seasonal coffee beans and brewing techniques
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean origins
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
