Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at conventions, concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage guest registration, credential verification, and attendee flow control
- Operate event technology systems including badge scanners and point-of-sale terminals
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during live events
- Provide real-time support to vendors, performers, and venue management
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic technical aptitude for event software and equipment
