Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly demeanor while taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, seating areas, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring freshness of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Train on new menu items and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
