Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Execute latte art and maintain consistent drink quality standards
- Manage customer orders through POS system with speed and accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans and supplies
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
