Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols at high-traffic venues
- Operate POS systems and process payments with precision
- Coordinate setup/teardown of event infrastructure and décor
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and corporate clients
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
