Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at luxury venues and corporate functions
- Manage VIP guest registration and priority seating protocols
- Coordinate with venue staff and vendors for seamless event execution
- Handle premium beverage service and upscale catering stations
- Maintain professional brand ambassadorship for Fortune 500 clients
- Operate AV equipment and manage interactive technology stations
- Implement crowd control and safety procedures for high-traffic events
Qualifications
- 2+ years premium event hospitality or luxury service experience
- Valid California Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and polished business attire
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts and last-minute bookings
- TAM or Crowd Control certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to Irvine event venues
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours during assignments
