Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and VIP access at high-profile events
- Coordinate venue setup, decor arrangement, and audio-visual equipment
- Execute crowd control protocols while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with emergency response procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales when required
- Provide real-time event feedback to supervisors for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event-related roles
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak event seasons)
- Professional appearance with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of event setup and teardown procedures
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
