Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through professional venue setup, registration, and attendee assistance
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-energy events
- Operate AV equipment and stage components under supervision
- Resolve attendee inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license for equipment transport
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
