Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at venue entrances, registration desks, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at event perimeters
- Distribute materials, collect tickets, and assist with attendee check-in processes
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and decorative elements
