Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing methods and quality standards
- Manage inventory, maintain equipment, and uphold strict sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with espresso machine mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Strong leadership skills with experience training new team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
