Responsibilities
- Execute event setups and breakdowns for venues across Virginia Beach
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration and information assistance
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during live events
- Operate event equipment including AV systems and staging
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism
- Assist in post-event evaluations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
