- Execute venue setup/teardown according to event specifications and safety protocols
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and VIP access control
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues with poise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Report operational insights and safety concerns to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality, venue management, or customer service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
