Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and brand ambassadorship at premium events
- Manage VIP guest experiences and coordinate with venue security teams
- Execute setup/teardown procedures for complex event structures
- Operate AV equipment and manage registration systems
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Conduct post-event reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in premium event hospitality or similar role
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Experience with crowd management and guest flow control
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
