Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and venue coordination
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and access control
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee assistance
- Monitor event flow and report operational issues to supervisors
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Adapt to dynamic event environments and changing priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred (for venue transport)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event management software a plus
- Reliable transportation to multiple St. Petersburg venues
