Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pastries, and food items according to Morning Brew standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and food handling regulations strictly.
- Upsell products and share knowledge about our seasonal beans and brewing methods.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
