Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers to create memorable café experiences
- Manage POS transactions and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty beverage preparation
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
