Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless café operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Uphold food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or in food service
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
