Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing preferences and building regulars
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in ongoing coffee education and seasonal menu training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and adaptability in changing environments
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol-related beverages if applicable
