Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and stations
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with team to create welcoming customer experiences
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a dynamic environment
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
