Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
