As a Barista at Bean & Brew, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. We pride ourselves on our premium coffee sourcing and our commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our team and our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and specialty teas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with warmth and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle payments.
- Stock inventory, rotate products, and perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
