Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffee drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and dining space
- Manage inventory and assist with daily café operations
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink offerings
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee preparation experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
- Food Handler's certification preferred
